After practicing as a Professional Engineer for forty-six years, I chose to re-direct rather than retire.  I have heard it said that a retired husband becomes a wife’s full-time job.  My wife owns a private mental health counseling practice, so she doesn’t have time for me to be her job.  I chose real estate as a new career path.  First, I started a home inspection business and then migrated to real estate sales.  Questions about land and construction?  Ask me.
